Super fast and friendly! I gave a 4 star bc the parking is ridiculous especially when other drivers wanna park all wonky. Also WTH I gotta pay to deliver your goods?!?! Excuse me I don't think that is how it works.....get that fixed please.

I drive OTR and deliver into the market weekly. That being said, Athena is the only place I go to that will not move a pallet. Just in case you don't know, when you go to multiple coolers and pick up, sometimes pallets have to be moved around to get the weight acceptable. Which means, all the stuff you ordered might not be all together, so if you need to move a few extra pallets to get your product off the truck, what's the big deal?? Every other place on the market does it!! It's a lot more trouble and a lot less safe to be moving a 76' semi and trailer around the market, don't you think??? Safety 1st, right?? This policy needs to be changed asap!! If a truck/trailer is in the door at your facility, get your product off it. Not half of the pallets, then want the driver to pull out and come back so you don't have to spend 10 minutes moving a few pallets. Bad business...... or laziness????
