I received a very nasty call today from a Tamika she works for jb hunt.My Home Depot delivery did not arrive and they deliver for them. They claim to have called and never did. She was really rude over the phone and acted as if I did something wrong. Never apologize. Please hire people who care for customers.

Phone number is outdated/ unreachable. All calls to any number associated with JB Hunt fail. I'll stick w/ 3 stars since I understand employee issues. Really though, not even an operator or social media person to update Google? Takes 5 minutes & it's only the number one way people search for things!

In my opinion this place is ran like a slave ship. New experience racism and inadequate employees that they just put behind a desk. You have some great workers but far in between. You have all the African Americans with lower level positions and all the Caucasians are in higher positions going as far as corporate which is in Arizona, mostly all Caucasians or none African American. This is not a tier one company they have a lot of new drivers. They underbid to take work at a small companies and owner operators. They're gold is more drivers, more drivers so they can control the market. But at their accident rates they're almost on the level of Swift. If you do not know how to make money there or put in your exemptions depending on what fleet manager you have they will let you work for free. You can make money there but you better get with another driver to figure it out. This is my opinion and my observation when being at this company.
