I travel all around the country and have eaten at lots of Taco Bell franchises. This is the worst one I’ve ever had. It is amazing that the employees can mess up the the food at a franchise so badly. Management needs to be changed out and employees retrained. Food was terrible.

I ordered 2 Nacho Bell Grande combos with Pepsi. They asked me to pull up and wait, I was fine with that. I pulled up behind a car that was waiting also. When they brought out her food it was not what she ordered. The girl tried to tell the waiter but they went back inside. I pulled up and waited for my order, when it was brought out it was a small bag. I knew before I looked it was wrong. I said "you got the wrong order",I explained what I ordered. The waiter made a face at me and said "what do you want me to do ". I said I would like you to bring me what I ordered please. Several minutes later a young girl came out with the same bag and said she was sorry but this is what your ordered , and tried to hand it to me. I showed her my ticket and said that was not what I ordered. I had already sat there 22 minutes. She handed it to and said she was busy. If I wasn't trying to control my temper that waiter would have gotten one talking to she would not forget. I guess what was in the bag was supposed to be soft tacos but it was 4 soft taco shells, a pile of lettuce and some sour cream.

Extremely long wait... ordered thru app and arrived when I was texted order was ready just to be told they didn't have my order. Was told could not fill my order until they received order from app service although I showed what and when it was ordered and proof of payment...after almost 45 min wait I walked out...took multiple calls to higher ups and a week to even be refunded

Usually don't complain but 3rd time this has happened. They put them in bag upside down so lost 1st taco to the bag then the others were just too nasty looking to eat and where's the beef? Come on guys really? You can do better than this. And girl at window was kind and pleasant though
