Guy at the register was absolutely inconvenienced by me ordering. He didn't say a word, just made hand gestures at the card reader. No receipt, no thank you. Just a gesture to go to the other end of the counter. The lady bagging the food was pretty nice and professional. She apologized for the wait. I'm sure they are just in need of people who actually want to work.

Well I love Arby's regardless,but today we stopped in order a Ruben n there was hardly any meat on it for over $8 this really disappointed me,come on Arby's I've been eating your food since1976?? Really

Very slow and very unprofessional workers. Guy who was bagging the food was constantly pulling out fries from their warmer and putting them in his mouth.. with gloves on. No containers to put our ketchup in. Bathroom was out of paper towels and the sink was barely draining. Manager was yelling at the staff saying kindergartners can pack better than they do and they won’t get paid if she doesn’t get her bonus. Very unprofessional and an overall uncomfortable experience.

Went inside to use the restroom while my husband went through the drive through. Waited in line for the bathroom. There was one family in line ordering. Came out of the bathroom, no one in line inside. Came outside and the line of cars had not moved. Slowest drive through ever. 30 minutes is not fast service. I then went back inside thinking I could order inside for faster service. Nope. There was still no line inside. No one came to the register to take my order. There were three families still waiting on their orders inside. I then went back to my vehicle and told my husband to just go to the local Mexican joint, we would get faster service. When we pulled around four cars were sitting, waiting on their orders. I saw no less than 6 workers. Unless they lose power or had to throw out all the food and start over, there is no excuse for that horrible of service with that many workers. Zero excuse.
