Went on 11-1 referred by the VA Very good experience. Everyone from receptionist to the NP were polite and very knowledgeable. Had X-rays and Covid test done. X-rays showed some pneumonia I have was told by others it was just the Flu! X-ray Tech and all the workers were great The nurse practitioner (K) was so informative and helpful. Visit them with confidence

Yes but when I went at 9:30 am they told me I'd be seen at 11:30 and they'd text me so I could leave and go back. Text came saying they would see me at 11:30 and I got attitude when I asked at noon if they could tell me how long it might be. Otherwise it was good visit but tgat was not appreciated..... you told me when you'd see me....tell it moved but don't give me attitude when I'm going by what you told me
Waiting a long time for an urgent care
I called to ask if they took out of state ins. and expressed how sick I was. They toldme to come right over. I signed in, was seen 15min later, told to go out to my vehicle where I was swabbed, 10 min later. I would call and ask for your situation.
