No consistently reliable bus service. I'd rather get a scooter or ask a friend to ride. Some staff and drivers are nice, some staff I encountered just acted rude. I still use the service because I'm always going somewhere .

Because there is way more riders than there are drivers. Most routes are way over booked with riders.

I AM SENDING A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE CONFUSION WITH MY TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE. WHEN I CALL IN TO SET MY WORK HOURS, I AM TOLD THAT I AM NOT ON THE SCHEDULE OR I AM SCHEDULED INCORRECTLY. TODAY I WAS LATE FOR WORK.
