Amazing place for help and support! The staff are all kind, understanding, trustworthy, compassionate, sensitive, respectful, honest, caring.... Honestly they were a huge impact in my life, one of the biggest supporters, and extremely helpful in a multitude of ways!! If for whatever reason they can't help you in a specific situation that you need or is required, they are more than willing to try to link you to a resource that will be effective or to a person(s) that are able to point you in the right direction according to your specific needs. I can't say enough positive about the staff, the shelter, or the many programs they offer. Nothing is perfect but CAPSEA is a rare gem in the aspect of having so many great attributes and very few downfalls. They helped me change my life and provide on-going support even now.
