Went to Target today; in search of a toy, my son requested. It was a old school toy called a yoyo. I had trouble finding it on my own, so I asked Serena for help. She stopped what she was doing, just to help me find something. Thanks for your genuine customer service spirit!

This is one of the absolute worst Targets I have ever been to. It feels like going to an inner city Wal-Mart. The place is a complete wreck. I went there, weeks in between, and there was nasty white goop all over the price check. A month later and they still hadn't cleaned it. When I went there they had two scooters for handicap accessible needs. They are not near the entrance and instead are all the way past the checkout. One worked but went from full charge down to completed dead within 2 minutes. I didn't even get to the animal food section before it was completely unusable. It allowed the scooter to go at a crawling pace so I was able to get it back to the other scooter. Except that scooter wouldn't work at all. It's clear this Target is not receiving the same sort of support that other Targets do. Either that or the leadership is inadequate. Skip this location and go to Willoughby. It's worth driving a bit further for a much better location.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have tried to contact this Target regarding a pickup order, but the phone continues to go unanswered. I have been calling well over an hour and tried multiple departments - NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. I placed the order at 9:00 AM and it is 2:00 PM and my order is still "processing". I will never do business with the Mayfield Heights location again.

I usually always come here for my drive up order. I had some things to grab, so I ordered it for drive up while I do errands. It said it would be ready within 2 hours. 3 hours go by, and I have no notification that my order is ready. I call, the line just rings. I go to the store and I’m told they’re backed up by 24 hours and I have to cancel my order and BUY THE ITEMS THERE, or just wait. I ask why there isn’t any kind of notification that they’re this far delayed and he has no answer for me. He just gives me a number. He also said that the ppl who ordered groceries are going on 32 hours behind. This is unacceptable. If you’re this far behind, then the drive up/pick up needs to have some kind of warning alert when you choose the pickup options, or just disable the pickup completely. The manager that I spoke with was very respectful and kind, which I appreciate, but this whole trip was a waste of time
