My mom wanted to get a job because she just moved to the USA. We met this manager, a young blonde woman, and I already forgot her name. She was all smiley and shook my mom’s hand, saying she will call us and will reach out my mom on Monday, and she with no problems will hire a woman who is learning English. She promised to call her. My mom was SO happy and waited for two weeks, but she never called. It is so hypocritical of her. If you know you won’t hire, JUST SAY SO. You will offend and upset more with that behavior rather than fake laughing and fake promising. It is disgusting and very sad. I hated to see how my mother hid her sadness, because my mother is an incredible woman and she will learn English anyway. If you are saying that you are hiring, be honest with people. No need to smile and promise, because at the end of the day you WILL look like a pathetic manager who can’t handle communications with potential employee or customer. Thanks. Never going there again.

The ladies at the fabric cutting station were helpful and showed me a trick to later cut my faux fur fabric. Registers were fast and friendly. Everything was well organized making my quick trip, actually quick.

Of all the craft stores I've been in, this one had the most friendly and helpful staff. Oh.... and they are pet friendly as well! It's worth driving further to this store for the support and assistance you'll get!
