I was there about 4:30pm this afternoon with my father who was then told he needed to go to an ER. We chose Twinsburg knowing it was a stand alone facility and could not admit him. The PA, Patrick, that saw Roger said he would call them. We got here only to find out he didn’t wait to talk to anyone and therefore we did not get the information that we should go directly to a hospital. He documented that he hung up and had other things to do in the chart. The staff here told us that had he called and gone over the chart like he should have they would advised he not send us here and that we go directly to an admitting facility. Needless to say we are very upset and will never use this facility again.
