This will be my last visit to the Solon Chipotle. To go along with the increased cost and what appeared to be a smaller than normal burrito and bowl, they announced upon arrival credit card only, we can't take cash. No problem. No mention of anything else....until I get halfway done with my order, no steak, no fajitas, no lettuce , guac that didn't look ripe enough and no dressing. Had I known this upon entry I would have left. I won't be returning.

Slowest moving chipotle around, never not a line even at weird hrs gonna take atleast 20 minutes to get anything.

Food is good most of the time but the service is very slow and I hate how they prioritize online orders but that seems to be every chipotle.

Don’t order here if you aren’t watching the order being made and walking out knowing you have every item. Most disappointing chipotle I’ve ever been to.
