I had two rotator cuff tears that surgeons had suggested I have surgery on, but after my experience at Adept Physical Therapy I no longer need surgery! My friend recommended Alex Tan and I was very impressed by him. Alex is a kind, good mannered, compassionate therapist. I have never worked with someone as knowledgeable as him before. Today I am pain free, and would recommend Alex Tan to anyone because he has been able to help me get back to daily life with ease! Thank you Alex and the staff at Adept!

Highly professional personal care, very pleasant and efficient staff, clean and sanitized facility and equipment, one on one attention with your physical therapist, and most of all effective treatments and results. All around professionalism and perfection. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Adept Physical Therapy. I saw both Gary and Alex for a torn rotator cuff and ended up primarily working with Alex. They created a solid therapy plan for me composed of strengthening and stretching to reduce pain and increase mobility. At each session, Alex carefully reviewed my form to ensure I was doing the movements correctly. Periodic assessments helped track my progress. I was given good guidance on how to work with my personal trainer as an adjunct to therapy. I am so much better now and have a maintenance plan going forward. When omicron was surging I was able to have some tele-health sessions which worked out well. The office is also very “covid-conscious” with good health and safety protocols and Adriana at the front desk is always so helpful and caring. This will be my go to PT group for future needs.

We accept all Blue Cross Blue shield plans, Aetna, and Medicare. For UHC and Cigna, typicically the deductibles are too high for each session. Most of our UHC and Cigna patients opt to pay out of pocket, which saves them 40-80 per session.
Physical therapy is a healthcare specialty that includes the evaluation, assessment, and treatment of individuals with limitations in functional mobility due to a variety of reasons (pain, muscle tightness, or muscle weakness). . Physical therapy services are provided by physical therapists, who are professionals licensed by the state in which they work. Physical therapists (or PTs, as they are commonly called) are required to have a master's degree or a clinical doctorate degree from an accredited institution and must sit for a licensing exam to practice. They are trained to assess your condition and help you regain maximal functional mobility and independence.
