My wife made an appointment 2 months back to their Haymarket location. No one in two months send her a notification that the location is closed and she needs to come to Manassas. On appointment day she found out the location is closed and now the appointment is delayed for 2 more months. This is terrible office management and so painful for a person with arthritis to wait for that long to see a doctor.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 2 years ago. Dr. Ghafouri has been wonderful with leading me into the right direction on getting treatment done. The infusion center is just down the hallway from his medical office. The ladies in the infusion center are amazing. Thank you Jerry, Donna and Dielle for making me feel like so comfortable. I appreciate everything you have done and continue to do. If your looking for a great office this is the place!!

The doctors at the practice are great but it is impossible to get a hold of the front desk or billing department….. have been trying to pay my balance for over 3 weeks repeatedly calling and they never answer the phone
