Was here because my car was in the shop, and even though there were difficulties in communication between Enterprise and the insurance, Brenna was able to get me into a car with little delay. Excellent service.

This rental place really needs to check cars before renting them out. Winston was wonderful and so was the driver that picked me up from Fix It Auto in Silverdale. Only one working several people renting cars and phone ringing off the hook. Winston was calm and professional. But the car they gave me was not. First the tabs on the license plate were incorrectly placed. Month on the left Year on the right. This car has 2020 on the right and 2021 on the left so for two years someone has placed the tabs in the wrong spot. YOU'D think they've of spotted it by now. Then unsafe tire pressure. I noticed the car was pulling badly to the left. The left front tire had a pressure of 28 Four tires all with different pressure 28,29,30,32. The windshield wipers are old and no matter how fast they were going they didn't clear the rain enough to see the road clearly specially in the dark. No wiper on the slopped back window the the rain just stayed there and you couldn't see out the back at all. Head lights were so dull even on high barely lit the road. Take better care of your cars Enterprise there a accident and lawsuit waiting to happen.

They picked me up from the auto body shop and drove me back to their business and after signing some paperwork asked which vehicle I wanted and then handed me the keys. After a short inspection of the vehicle I was on the road. Very friendly staff that made the whole experience easy.

I have used Enterprise for many years and they are always reliable and customer-oriented. I especially like their policy of picking you up if needed and dropping off your car in a different location; they can and often are very flexible, and their rates are normally competitive. Good company!
