The actual Giorgi Mushroom Farm where the Mushroom is processed we face a lot of discrimination between Hispanic and White folks. I know a grower at Farm 1 work for 10 plus years as Supervisor with all the experience in the world and a white folks no experience what so ever gets hired and the 10year plus Supervisor has to teach the white folk how to be his Manager and gets Salary,Vacation and so many things the 10 year plus Supervisor isn’t even offered tell me that’s the discrimination and I have many stories.
