Place is run by a bunch of teenage boys who don't give a s**t. Placed an order online, the pickup time was an hour away. Fine. But when I get there, the order is not ready and I have to wait another 30 minutes for my order to be completed.

Ordered pizza, breadsticks and 2 sauce online to be picked up. Received email telling me pizza was ready to be picked up. Arrived and pizza was no where to be found. Waited an additional 22 minutes and had to go to the counter and ask for my order for a second time. Teenagers behind counter on their phones texting and eating food instead of getting orders out correctly and in a timely manner. No sense of urgency. My pizza was made once and given to someone else. The second pizza was missing ingredients. Other customers waiting inside for longer then I was were thoroughly disappointed. I guess when all you employ are a bunch of "I don't care teens" this is what you get. Will not be back, EVER!!!

Pizza gets worse and worse everytime i go in. this last time there were a bunch of young kids working lazy as could be. My pizzas looked like card board with no sause, little cheese and burnt the color of cardboard. So i went back to exchange them for new ones and they looked just as bad. The owners need to quite being so cheep and require more sauce and cheese to make a decent pizza. Im super irritated with syracuse little caesars! Time after time!

Went there tonight pizza was OK, but the Italian cheese bread was not cooked! The outside was hot but the middle was doughy. It was like they threw the bread halfway through the oven. Great way to get people sick
