One of the benefits of travelling all over the country is getting to see restaurants from the same company in different markets. You can just tell that they care here in Scottsville and do everything they can to deliver a great product. Just a great place that is often busy (for good reason).

Was very busy when I went right in the middle of lunch time rush. I would say around 80 percent of capacity in the car stalls. From the time I hit the button to the time I got my food was around 8 minutes, so very good job there considering how busy it was. I do wish you had the option of giving a tip on the screen when you insert a card, but that is of no fault of this actual location. Overall pleased and the food was fresh and good.

Dont frequent, but ok service and consistent food. Like most fast food, little salty, high sodium, but again, consistently same.

I waited over 20 minutes paid it said my food was ready and I got skipped multiple times at least five vehicles pulled in after me after it said my food was ready and they got their food and I was still sitting there and when I push the button and told them about it they said nothing I will never be back here ever !!! this location is terrible! I had to leave after paying without my food because I had to be at work I want my money back

They will fix it if you call them. Give your item free the next time or even get it right then.
The food is nasty you never get what you ordered and it's always late
You know that's anywhere you go at any fast food matter of fact that's any store you go into it's called human air and you got to understand do you not remember when you were that age getting your first job Sonic is usually giving the high school kids their first job those kids learn as they go just like we all did at that age can't we just be a little bit more patient and understanding if they get it wrong just send it back they'll redo it I understand the frustration when we're in a hurry and we want to get home and we want something done right but maybe that's our problem as a society these days we're not patient anymore we don't have empathy for people especially our young kids they haven't been doing this their whole life but thank goodness there's companies like Sonic who give our children their first job to help them become good members of society to be a little patient if you don't get your order right the first time send it back slow down take a breath just be thankful
Call them they have always made things right for me.
