Drive thru service not very friendly. Got all the way home no cheddar was on my beef and cheddar. Went back knowing how high gas is. He couldn't issue a refund from the receipt on my bank statement. The drive thru girl didn't give me a receipt. My bad for not asking. If my order was right I wouldn't have needed a receipt.

Stopped by Arby's drive-thru at about 10:20 am. Was the only one in line at first. The employee over the speaker was very pleasant but very hard to hear. I ordered the new Wagyu Burger meal w/curly fries. At the window I could see that there seemed to be only 3 crew members and they seemed to be in confusion. By the time I got my order there were 4 cars behind me that I could see. One even honked his horn after waiting for a while {like it was my fault}. A motor home pulled up in the parking lot and came to the front door but it was still locked. I was very disappointed in the meal, which cost $10.00+. The fries were barely warm and not salted. No napkins and the burger meat was overcooked and tasteless. I ate about a third and tossed it. I could see the frustration in the drive-thru employees eyes but she was still pleasant. I have been to Arby's before and have had a good experience. I hope this was due to short staffing. I will try again a few weeks from now.

went to get dinner for my family. we ordered a chicken nugget kids meal with fries and a sprite, no fries were in the bag, they gave him chicken tenders instead. ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap with NO ONIONS and extra peppercorn ranch, a medium curly and a coke. the wrap had onions and no ranch, the fries were not even half full. ordered a Buffalo chicken slider, it had foil lodged in the ranch. ordered a double beef n cheddar meal. the fries weren't even half full. no straws. no sauces. we called and complained & the manager said to bring it back up, I said I live 15 miles out of town & he said well theres nothing I can do then. very disappointed for spending $30 for nothing we ordered.

Characteristic American fast food. Their food is more or less fairly decent fare tending to be a bit bland for my tastes & tends to be about average to a bit higher than average, depending on what you order, price wise. We ate there on 4-5--22 as dine-in customers.What I noticed was that there were NO employees standing around lollygagging about. Whenever the employees weren't helping customers they were cleaning & sanitizing tables, counters, serving trays & more. They have pump style condiments or individual packets whichever you may prefer. The condiments area was clean, so was the floor, the tables, the trash was kept emptied & the drink self serving area was clean as well. EVERYONE was busy doing SOMETHING & man did it show!! 😀 The food was served promptly after ordering & was served warm. The building was in good repair, the parking lot was clean, the staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. A good place to eat if you want fast service & like this style of fast food
