No ice cream. Said they were cleaning the machine. Why can't that be done in the evening instead of 2 pm..

I ordered a mobile order and it took them over an hour to bring it out. It was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered on my phone because it’s usually quicker and I have a toddler who was screaming her lungs out by the end. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for it to take them an hour for a kids meal, a Cherry limeade and some mozzarella sticks. I will not be back. Not to mention the only thing fresh was my mozzarella sticks. The Cherry limeade had no flavor as well. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.

Everyone that I know hates our Sonic and has had at least one bad experience there. I love their cherry limeades though, so every once in a while I will give it a shot (and usually end up waiting for at least 30 minutes). Through the years I’ve put up with terrible customer service and rude employees and ridiculously long wait times for it. From sitting in stalls, pressing the button to order and being ignored for 10-15 minutes only to be told the stalls were closed and it was drive thru only, to waiting in the line for more than 15 minutes only for it to never move and then pulling off without getting anything, to being ignored at the drive thru speaker and pulling around to seeing employees standing around and socializing in the kitchen. And that’s just to name a few. Yesterday, I ordered burgers for my kids here and this is how they looked. I normally stick to drinks at our Sonic because of the experiences I’ve had over the years with their food, but my kids love their food and ask for it all the time. I don’t think that will be the case any longer. There is no way anyone looked at this and thought that it was acceptable to serve, MUCH less to a child. On top of that, it was supposed to have cheese and pickles. Completely inedible and went straight in the trash. I ended up having to order food from elsewhere to feed my kids. I thought they were doing better since opening back up and getting all new staff, but looks like I was wrong. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open as the service has been horrible for as long as I can remember.

Changed from a 5 star to a 1 star. Everytime we go we get attitude. Food is always cold, wrong order, and never have anything. Today tops it all, first we get attitude again, second wrong order again, then I ask for a manager and the lady with the attitude is the general manager, unbelievable. Now I know why Sonic is so bad, when they being trained by miserable and unfriendly general managers. Big warning to any one from this area, avoid this Sonic at all cost. I am a Google guide and this is the worst place ever. Should be a 0 star.

I got cancer reading this. *disappointed *no *advertise *(if) you're
Because the owners nephew is running it and his best friend is the gm and they don't like to be open for the original sonic times. I was manager there and they have the worst customer service and worst food preparation protocol. I've argued many times about them not doing things the sonic way and it was done right on my shift and customers happy but done short cuts and cheated customers off my shifts. They do not follow safe food preparation procedure there not ever. I'm the one whom repaired all the stereos, lights by road, rat issues inside , filthy drain backup, clocked grease lines in fryers, condoms in refrigeration where fresh food stored, food n grease on ceiling, and much more. I'd strongly advise not to stop there cause I promise you your fries n tots are double dipped in grease, hamburgers kept warm in water, corn dogs soggy, ice cream machine with mold inside and out, limes squeezed into drinks by hand and no hand washing taking place what so ever.
If I worked there I'd make it for you anyway as long as they still have those ingredients. Ask someone there if they can make it especially for you, then be sure to tip them if they do it.
I went through the drive thru, and the cashier/staff worker wore gloves, mask, and had sanitizer at the window.
Horrible
