I love white castles but they have become very slow in getting your food out in a timely manner. This may be due to alot of new staff. Performance in crew could be better and a little more friendliness towards customers.

We often look for a White Castle when traveling since we don't have them at home. Just happened upon this one around lunch time. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, but at least it was hot. The staff was not that organized and seemed to panic a little with several folks inside. The guy taking our order spoke quietly and was hard to understand. They were out of napkins at the counter and acted like it put them out to go get some when another customer asked. They actually came back with a roll of paper towels instead of napkins ?? They acted about the same when a different customer asked for ketchup. The guy pointed to the box on the counter... the same box he had already checked that was empty; again like it was a burden to go get more ketchup... then all he got was a small handful ?? This location could use some management and staff improvement.

The employee that waited on us was extremely Sweet & gave Great Customer Service & our food was fresh & hot.... The store was nice & Clean!!!! Cuddos, to that employee that waited on us she was exceptional & went Above & Beyond what I've seen most them do....
