Good pancakes, hash browns, and bacon. The service was spectacular! The facility was clean. Our visit was during a busy lunch hour. Our food was served quicker than expected and was delicious.

Arrived before 2:30pm, was seated immediately. Our waiter, Shay, was prompt in taking our drinks and order. After dropping the drinks off, however, he refilled the tea once and disappeared completely. People being sat after us were getting food and attention. There were a handful of people just wandering around, two of which were managers. They had the hostess not hosting, but lighting lamps by going back and forth to the kitchen each table. The managers clearly saw us, but didn’t check on us or do anything to help. Just wandered around. Back when I worked in food service, managers rolled their sleeves up and pitched in. They didn’t. They just told people to do this and that. We waited well over half an hour for our meal. (2:28pm - 3:05pm) We were not offered any refills on our drinks outside of the tea earlier. My soda did not get refilled. The tea was so watery you could mistake it for lemon water. The food was cold (vegetables, chicken, dumplings, bread), like it had sat on the counter and there was hardening on top. The biscuit on the bottom of the basket had a clear finger hole in the middle. We were leaving at this point so I didn’t take a picture. I do have to commend the restaurant’s cleanliness and the smell, however. It wasn’t super cluttered and the cashier was fast. The restrooms were also clean and smelled clean. All in all, not the best experience at a Cracker Barrel. I guess if you’re hungry like we were after a day of travel king you’ll eat it. I try not to leave bad reviews but we were super disappointed.

We typically avoid chain restaurants and have never been to a Cracker Barrel in our lives but we were staying in town and had to choose between this or the Watermill for breakfast and, after reading reviews, we chose Cracker Barrel because I refuse to eat at filthy establishments. This restaurant was super clean, the coffee was good and the food, although clearly chain quality & recipes, was good. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast. Our waitress was exceptional, the hostess was great too, and the boutique style gift shop was a pleasant surprise!

Service was a bit slower than what I wanted, but I also came here during a rush period. The food is pretty basic American diner stuff, but the bacon and hash brown casserole was better than expected. Could use some seasoning though like hot sauce.

Great
I haven't visited since before Christmas...will have to check it out
There should be an 800 number
They can have some decent wait times on the weekends and they can feel rushed trying to keep times down and everyone served in quick & timely manner
Hey it's a great place to bring the family.the food is awsome.
