I have used this veterinary service for about 40 years and more than 10 cats. They have brought seriously ill cats back to health; they have followed up and notified me for upcoming and yearly check appointments; they have been there to help when I was heartbroken over the need to euthanized one. The doctors and the staff listen. You are your pets' best advocate and you know what is normal for that specific animal. They take the time to answer questions and explain procedures/meds. There have been times when no appointment was available (frustrating but understandable), and they have given the names and number of other vets in the area, but I always come back to Amberwood.

Our Vet was very friendly as well as our Tech. Our dog was pleased which makes us happy too. We will be using their services from now on. We can't wait to see the whole remodeling work

If you absolutely don’t care about how you and your pet are treated and don’t care about customer service this is the place for you! I should’ve read some of the reviews before hand. Don’t waste your time. This is one of the worst establishments I’ve been to or should I say tried to get into. Did I mention communication? If you’re going to make an appointment with this place please expect 0 communication and hopefully you have a bunch of time to waste and you didn’t take a day off of work like I did to take my sick puppy in to an appointment I made a week prior.

Why do your cars get fleas when using frontline?

I cannot answer because I do not use Frontline for my cat. Too strong--burned his skin many years ago & haven't used it since then.
