Hardee's Gallatin needs new management staff is really loud curizing out loud and very rude not a good place to eat with this type of crew

At one time, this place was consistently good. But now you never know what you will get. You can’t even count on them being open during business hours. Occasionally, you will get a warm meal. But more often than not, it is cold and stale. This morning was the worst yet. Dining room was closed. 30 minute wait in drive thru. Food cold. It tasted like it was made hours ago. This is our last visit.

Currently remodeling but yes they are still open. Drive thru ordering location was moved from behind building to beside it so if your a regular watch it or you may pull up to far if there isn't a line.

They don’t even deserve one star. When you go around 6:15 and nobody takes your order in drive till 6:29 cause we had to call and ask if open people need to get fired for this. What is the point in running a business if you are not going to help your customers. Then you tell us sorry our headsets are died then that means you need to stand outside and help people.
