Tonight I picked up tiles I bought and my experience was awesome. The professional, kind and thoughtful young man who helped place my tiles in my car needs to be recognized. I asked a question if my tiles could be returned if I did not use all of them. I just assumed I would call next week and ask. On my way home about 10 minutes later your employee called me to let me know I can return my tiles as long as it was in a full box and not used. I never expected a follow up . You can’t teach kindnesses or thoughtfulness so be grateful you have person like this working for you! I wish I asked his name but he worked tonight in the pick up drive up. GREAT GUY!!! It means a lot when people go out of the way for another.

With the help of sales representative Tom Garrett we were able so select the perfect backsplash for our kitchen. We had been looking for months and finally came to this location where Tom went the extra mile and effort to ensure we had the perfect results….

Kare Holt I highly recommend Karen Holt as a designer and salesperson. She has an excellent eye for design. She is very knowledgeable, creative, accessible, and took the extra time that I needed for my final bathroom design. The tile was of excellent quality as well. I will continue to go to Karen and the Tile Shop for all future tile needs.

I highly recommend Milen Asmorom at The Tile Shop for remodeling projects. I worked with her on a bathroom remodeling project and she had very creative design ideas and was knowledgable of the range of products available. She was helpful estimating costs which made budgeting easy. Also, she was very responsive to needed changes in my order during the project. Milen was easy to work with which helped my project come in on time during the holiday season.
