The hours online and posted on the door are inaccurate. I arrived at 12:30 on a Saturday, on a day they are supposed to be open until 1:00, and they were already closed.

The people at the front desk barely speak English, and it’s not to discredit them as human beings. But it is EXTREMELY difficult to understand and then they yell at you for not understanding what they’re saying. I came in to fill out a moving form and asked to have my mail held, and the woman was absolutely no help and told me to go home and do it online.

I’ve gone three times to get our mail (our mailbox broke) and they do it so rudely no matter how many times I kept going in trying to be friendly. It’s upsetting…they acted like I was annoying them
