The wait for a Doctor to come and see you at the emergency room is lousy. Every body seems to be slow. I know they are busy but at least they should be fast at everything a little bit. They are all nice but please attend to patient a little faster.

This place SUCKS!! I will be complaining to the insurance company about these folks....My husband's Appointment was at 2pm was told to be there at 1:20pm, to make a long story short never seen the actual doctor, they were running behind like 2 hours, the person he did see told my husband that he was not at a One Stop Shop concerning his concerns!!! Yep, you heard me! My husband said "I will never come back to this place again, find me another doctor please"🤣🤣 Save yourself the time and go somewhere else because that location sucks!! If we could have rated it a big fat ZERO we would have!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are the worst health care center I have ever been to. On multiple occasions they have given me false information in which I have had to go through hoops just to obtain the correct information. I was told I wouldn't be able to get a flu shot there, but over the phone they said I could, and when I went in for my appointment they said no again. Something similar to this happened again for me in which they didn't give me the right information. They are the most incompetent health care workers I have ever encountered, and they NEVER answer their phone which is extremely frustrating especially when they say to their patients to just call them back. Avoid this place at all costs.
