Good food but terrible service. Was supposed to be open, but lady inside signed to me they were closed because short of staff. But she was inside cooking something and didnt try to serve customers. Crazy and lost my business.

I have called for the last 3 days to place an order because i am only craving wings from here. No one answers the phone, and mobile ordering is off. I drove all the way from Woodbury to place an order, and it was 1PM with the doors locked, no lights on and no note on the door at all.

I would get this review is zero if I absolutely had to. I called around 5 PM and asked for traditional wings with the bone in them. I am allergic to the breading of the boneless wings and immediately received a very hateful response from the worker named Amber. I didn’t realize that when you put in a call in order that the employee needs a phone number first and she responded very hateful to me when I told her that I wanted the veggie fries on the side instead of the real fries, and she repeated that she needed my phone number for some very rude way before continuing with my order. She then proceeded to tell me that the food will be done around 5:35 PM, so that is when I arrive to pick up the food. I then waited at the store until 6 PM. I am OK with waiting for the food if it was the proper food, but I am allergic to the breading and now I cannot eat the meal that I received. I called back to clarify my order with the same exact employee and she told me that I told her that I wanted the boneless wings. I believe the entire time I said traditional wings and I had to end up with a meal that I cannot even eat with a customer that was rude to me the entire time I was there. I have worked in mini customer service settings and the way I was treated by this employee is ridiculous considering I could have a major allergic reaction to the boneless wings. She did not seem to want to work with me to fix my order and proceeded to be rude. I will not be back.

We ordered 30 wings, lunch for 2, and we are 😊 hap, hap 🙂, happy 😁! Order was ready for pickup, just as I pulled in. Flavors were good and Medium spicy. We picked three flavors: Spicy Korean BBQ, Louisiana Rub, & 🔥🍋🌶️. Oh, 😲. Switching flavors each wing was a treat! Today, we both agreed the Spicy Korean BBQ won! Sweet Chili Heat made me think of Sweet Southern BBQ 🥔 chips, but it tasted much better because fresh sweet 🌶️ always wins.

Barely--you should know in my experience it's rarely made on time, and even less often has everything you paid for in the order. They normally don't make good on it, either--they try to explain it away. This is my experience from every online order from this location, there's been 10 or so, not one has been correct yet: you'll be missing the rolls, or the veggies, or dressings. The most likely scenario is that you might get close sometimes.. but I have yet to receive one complete order from this store in 4 years. I go back.. because it's tasty lol. It just sucks they are marginally competent.
