Short staffed and totally messed up my order. Waited forever to even place my order, the cashier kept walking around like she didn't know what she was supposed to be doing. It was awful 😖

I ordered a triple cheeseburger and received one patty. I ordered a double for another and received one patty. They messed up the condiment. The French fries where soggy like they had been warmed up. Every time I have ordered Wendy's in tullahoma in the last several months they have gotten the order wrong and I like too far away to drive back and have they fix the order.

This place has always been my go to for fast food, and it makes me upset that over the past year every time I’ve gone here the service has gotten worse. Today was the worst of all the times I’ve gone. They weren’t super busy at the time and they had me pull up past the window to wait for 1 biggie bag where I sat for 15 minutes only for them to give my food to the wrong person.

Wouldn't let me give less than 1 star unfortunately. Went there this past Saturday around 2p. Lobby was closed but no sign or anything saying so. There were about 8 cars in the drive thru. Literally took me 28 min from getting in line to getting my food. Guy at the window said they were short staffed so I was like ok. Went back tonight (Monday 750p) and only saw 2 cars in drive through line and one was already at the window. I pulled straight up to order and the guy came across the speaker and said sorry due to short staff, we can only do 1 car at a time. It's gonna be at least 7 to 12 minutes before we can take your order 🤔 yeah needless to say I just went elsewhere !! Worst Wendy's I've been to , ever...
