This place has gone downhill of late. About a quarter of the chips were under cooked, the chicken crispers looked like they'd cut one normal crisper into four, salad was forgotten until asked for (after main food arrived), and slow service overall. What there was was flavorful and fresh, but... Issues.

I love chili's food but the service wasn't very good. We waited 45 minutes to get seated because we had a group of 8. There wasn't a line or anything they was waiting for another group of 8 to leave. They was letting groups of 4 go before us even though we had gotten there well before any of the other groups. Then it took about an hour to get our food. The food was good but by the time we ate we weren't hungry anymore. I feel like this was a fluke thing and don't want to leave a bad review but it was a little ridiculous how they was running the restaurant that day.

My family had a horrible experience tonight when the waiter who brought out our food didn't use a stand and just tried balancing it on our booth. It all fell to the ground. Luckily two meals were already on the table when it fell. But the other two meals we had to wait for. Which is understandable and I know accidents happen. That's not what I'm mad about. I'm mad that half of our party missed out on a nice dining experience and nothing was done to make it right. The manager never came over nor was anything comped. We waited a very long time for them to remake the meals. Even our waitress was surprised we hadn't gotten them yet. We had to get it to go since we couldn't wait any longer. Just overall horrible customer service.

Not sure chili's always seems like they are confused where to sit people. We went 3 different areas. Then the service is so non personal when you have to use a machine and different people bri g out food, take, orders, check on you. It is hard to know how good of a job the server does when you hardly see them. I do enjoy the food. It just seems like work.
