( Ronalie ) in Quality Service for Navy federal Bank Was the best and is a prime example of what customer service should be, she was fast, she was effective and so polite, this Employee really responded like a Supervisor or a manager the way she just applied all of her skills , MAN! i was Taken away with her uplifting attitude and the non-rushing tone and the call control she took over the call . THIS! is the reason Navy Federal is the bank it is in the success area, because of people like her. She is the G.O.A.T - and her team should acknowledge this an give her recognition for her already stressful and challenging job. ! thank you for everything ! GOD BLESS YOU !!! AND YOUR TEAM> YOU ARE THE FACE AND VOICE OF NAVY FEDERAL 2022-2023

Sent in title. They never received. Now charging me extra every month. Navy federal more corrupt than Wells Fargo

I'd give zero if I could to their mortgage service. Underwriting denied me because my employment status stated part-time. I work 30hrs a week, which is why I am considered part-time versus full-time because I do 10hrs less. Underwriting is ignorant to the title as I was recently denied a VA loan due to my employment status deemed "unreliable" because I work 30hrs. Makes absolutely no sense. Underwriting needs to educate themselves on temporary/seasonal employment and part-time employment. Only difference is the hours. Should have not been pre-approved knowing my hours were 30. Such disappointment. They are more concerned for themselves than they are to vets.

I don't provide any information to strangers, and don't see why you are asking for the bank code. Scammer.
I don't understand what you mean
If it's a Navy Federal cashier's check, you can go to a Navy Federal branch with two forms of ID and they will cash it for you there, given the check is made out to you properly, etc. Or you can cash it at an institution that you have an account with.
