There was 4 adults and 4 children we got there at 6:10 pm and it took until 7:30 to get our food. We asked about our food at 7:10 and was told they had everything ready but 2, and the waitress asked her Manager if she could bring out the kids food and was told no. We finally told her if we didn't get it by 7:30 we wanted our check for the drinks. At 7:25 they brought out 2 kids meals and at 7:30 we finally got the rest. Food was not good quality. They was very short staffed that they had no body to clean tables. Management should of had a note on door about the short staffing. There was multiple people waiting as long as us.

Do waste your time here. Ordered on line, received food ( missing items and thrown in bag) and had to wait 30 minutes after expected time. Rude employees, a manager that wouldn't talk to upset customers. People were waiting to be seated but no one helped them so they left. Worse dinning experience ever. Find another place to eat. I suggest No Way Jose's. Great food, fantastic service, no waiting.

This was I first time eating at that location ,the wait time was over an hour ,and the food was poorly presented ,could enjoy my meal. Photo below shows how it was served .would not recommend anyone to eat there. The only recommendation it not to visit if you want an enjoyable meal piss poor service.

Food was great, our server was great. There was quite a wait for a Tuesday night but that was okay. What was NOT okay was a member of management walking out with our appetizer and shooting the bull with a group seated next to us. They were obviously regulars as they had a lot to talk about. I finally asked her if she would serve us our food as we had been waiting quite awhile and she could pick right back up with her visitation. NOT COOL.
