Watch out to your personal belongings - because the car repair mechanics at this store have stolen money from my car. I guess don’t send your cars over here if you don’t have to, or you’ll have to take everything in the car with you before you drop it off. The mechanics really are dishonest thieves. The store owner does honest work I guess, and it might be hard to manage all those mechanics

We should be able to. What kind of car do you have?
We can evaluate a car to see if it will pass a VA safety inspection. But the actual certification will need to be taken care of by a VA state inspector. Most service stations, gas stations, dealerships in VA can handle this.
