I want to start off by saying I haven't even gone to the show I paid for yet and I am already annoyed with how they sell tickets. I do appreciate their management team reaching about a discrepancy in my order. I assumed, wrongly, that a meet and greet would include seating for the show. So now I have to purchase seating less than a week before the show starts. Why not just include it in the ticket as one price instead of having to purchase two tickets for one person? A customer shouldn't have to search fine print when seating normally comes with the purchase of an additional service.

Love, love, love this concert venue. About five years ago, they once served a bolognese pizza that was SO GOOD, I still think about it. But I haven't seen it on the changing menu since then. Please consider bringing it back!

Questions & Answers

Has anyone transferred a ticket for a show at this venue? I bought one and then remembered a conflicting event for same date. I know there are no refunds but I'd at least like the ticket not to go completely to waste.

I would suggest calling the Hamilton Live and ask them if you can transfer your ticket.

There are many garages nearby. I would suggest using a Parking app (I use SpotHero) to reserve a parking spot at a discounted price).
