No fuel pumps. No signs anywhere stating private property or pay to park but after I've been parked for almost 2 hrs I get woken to say that I haven't paid to park here and I had 5 minutes to leave without being charged or they would park in front of my truck and I would end up paying a $1200 tow charge. I said where's the signs and he said it's not a truck stop and it's not government property that it's private property. What a scam. If I wasn't out of hours, I definitely would've left.

Yes they do free if you fill your tractor 9.00 otherwise. Very old building so the showers are on par with what the building looks like. 1.5 hours from DC if that's the capital you mean.
