Was waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through. I know everyone is short handed however I had to repeat my order several times and the entire thing was still wrong. Didn’t get my sauces that I was charged for. Got beans on my burrito when I said multiple times no beans. My fries weee old yet I was somehow waiting for them to finish cooking. Horrible experience.

Bad customer service, employees had bad attitude i had to ask them to remove an item that i did not order three times employees was rude will not recommend this restaurant to nobody what so ever horrible service

I sat at the drive-through ordering speaker for several minutes saying hello and no one answered at all the whole time I sat there. So I came forward to the window to place my order because no one answered and when I got to the window the lady didn’t even look at me and says “we don’t take orders at the window.” And i said no one answered me for several minutes. She replied by saying “we don’t take orders at the window” again very rudely after i told her no one answered in the drive thru. She told me to drive back around through the drive-thru again. So i left. Horrible customer service. Didnt do their job right and then told me to drive back around. Acting as if she couldn’t just type in my order right there at the window when I know she can. I’ve worked at several fast food places when I was younger. Will not be coming back
