Sewage smell coming from near drink machine, grimy floors, bad food and sub par service. Based on previous reviews the drink machine has been down for quite some time.

We waited in drive through for a about 8 minutes we had to keep saying hello hello finally took our order.Told us the price was 1o.50 get to window was 12.50. Go to next window we asked for condiments they woman at window rolled her eyes told us to put up in a HATEFULL voice.after about 22 minutes got the food .But she for got our drink so we had to wait another 5 minutes for the drink .visiting westpoint. And I promise you it's the worst fast food place ever!! What a waste of precious time it I could give half star or less I would because 1 star for that sorry place is way to much !

I have been to an untold number of McDonalds and this by far is the absolute worse McDonalds ever seen or been to. The food doesn't even resemble taste of other McDonalds. Literally Freaking Nasty and disgusting!! Avoid this disaster!! McDonalds cooperate office should investigate what is going on here.

Waited in silence for 20 minutes. Watched 6 cars leave before I did plus 2 as I pulled in line (should have took that hint). No one said a word over the intercom. I had an app order I cancelled. Only to get my card charged 2 hours later for an order I didn’t even place. Avoid this place like the plague.
