My husband -- 78 and not tech savvy -- needed a new phone. I went with him. The young woman who was all by herself in the shop was so helpful and low key, and did not try to up-sell us to another data plan. As she was transferring apps and functionality from his old phone to the new one, she was able to help other people who came in. She handled everything so smoothly and in a low key, pleasant way -- and we did not feel ignored or sidelined. How did she do this? I would have freaked out with people lined up. My husband needed a case for his phone and she picked out 3 -- and one of them was perfect. She put his new phone in it. She could not have been more helpful. So competent.

I feel I was 100% taken advantage of at this store. Was promised our monthly bill would be lowered switching to the unlimited plan and we are now being billed $100 extra from what we were paying before. Will be working on getting this resolved over the weekend, but what an unnecessary headache.
