I don't generally like app-ified dining experiences, and I don't think I would go to the roost just to eat. But it's a fantastic place to meet up with a group of friends to eat and drink and hang out. Being able to order from any of the food places and the bar and have it delivered right to the table and maintain your tab is extremely convenient when it's a group of people that may be arriving at different times and leaving at different times. There's lots of places to sit including outdoor options. Service was generally very quick. There was a good selection of beer and a decent selection of pretty good food.

Open seating dining hall. The quesadilla is my favorite thing on the menu and a perfect portion for 1-2 people. You order via your phone from QR codes at the tables with wait staff starting you out with a bottle of water for the table and side plates. Really quick service and quality food equals a good time. It can get REALLY busy at times, so find your seat soon!

Social distance seating. Masks are required and were worn by staff. They tried to keep people distant with mobile ordering. As with many places, it depends on the customers following the directions.
There is a large common patio. All ordering is done through the same ordering system so you can order from whichever establishment your wish (or from several at once) and it will be brought to your table.
