Great service today with Bromwells! Enjoyed the process from appointment at the show room with Brian to installation in our house with Juan Ramos. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional and polite. Everything went off without a hitch and we’re so glad to have our new fireplace! Great service, great product

Outstanding customer service. They did a great job with our install. I would use Bromwell’s again for a custom fireplace replacement or a new install.

After 20 years of my installed Bromwell fireplace it needed some new parts. They did a good job and I hope to have it for another 20 years.

I worked with Bromwell’s Fireplaces for help on converting four traditional brick fireplaces into gas. My experience was nothing less than wonderful! I worked with Brian in sales to help find the right log sets and accessories for each fireplace. Brian was very detailed oriented and educated me on the basics on gas fireplaces. He honestly and objectively provided the right guidance and products that fit my needs at the best price. He provided resources on chimney inspectors, hearth stones and heat resistant paint. He and his team also worked with my contractor on troubleshooting some issues with my chimneys to ensure everything worked perfect and safe. I also worked with Prescott and Hilary in their back office on the coordination and billing for my orders. The entire team was amazing and very helpful. Lastly, the technician who came to my home for the installation was named Eric. He was very polite, professional, and provided great service with installing the log sets. He also showed me how to use the fireplaces and answered all my questions. Eric is another great asset at Bromwell’s and made the overall experience even better. I would recommend Bromwell’s for gas fireplaces and related fireplaces needs. Thank you Brian, Prescott, Hilary and Eric!

They have several on display. Just really depends on brand look and size

I am moving to a CCRC facility. Media centers w built-in electric fireplace is allowed but only if they generate no heat or if the heat lock-out capability. We visited store but didn't know to ask this question then. Do you have such a thing?

my pilot light on my manual fire logs is out. Should I be concerned

Linda Senese | Nov 7, 2018

You need to go through the steps to manually re light the pilot light in your manual. If you smell gas then you should be concerned. When the pilot light goes out the gas valve closes because the thermocouple no longer senses the heat. If you do not feel comfortable in re lighting your pilot light then you can call an hvac person and they will relight it. You can also go into your furnace and turn the knob to off instead of pilot.
