Friendly employees.Stocked well the majority of the time.The layout of the parking lot sucks & it can be hard to get out of at times,if making a left turn onto Fairview Blvd (eventhough a turning lane is present) but thats really more due to there being a red light right there I guess vs it being the Dollar Stores fault.

I would actually not give them any stars.. my mother had a gift card and went in to purchase a few things.. at check out she swiped the card and it declined the lady swiped it immediately after and it declined again.. needless to say there was 80 dollars sitting on the card.. We left and called the card company and listen to the transactions the last one was the dollar store purchase for 31.64.. We go back and let them listen and Shawn the "manager" stated that they couldn't do anything about it..she came out and we go home.. I looked on line at the transactions and of course it was there with a reference #.. I called dollar store and spoke with Shawn and I said this.. the transaction went through I even have a ref #.. I asked if on the little short papers that print out when a card is Declined is there not a ref #.. all he cld say was that he had no idea I asked him to get it and see and he stated that he can't do anything right now that I did have to call back and speak to a manager.. I then said well what are you.. so you are telling me that I'm speaking to you the manager right and you want me to call back and speak to another.. come to find out Shawn isn't a good employee to have as a manager.. Cause for one he can't even get a receipt out to see is a ref # is printed on it.. and his answers was always I dnt k ow or I have no idea and also he wants to get that out before you can even tell him wants going on.. basicly he don't know how to deal with problems.. but Iittle did he know my mom was there getting stuff for my father who is sick with several medical conditions and because he didn't have the heart to help her they didn't get to get what was needed.. and on top of that he never asked for a name number or anything just in case at the end of the night when the credit card amounts was added if it was over the same amount that was applied to her card he cld have contacted her.. but he basicly treated her like she knew that her card wld decline.. which she had no idea.. so thanks Shawn for making her feel the way you did and basicly keeping her money and the items that she went for.. so basicly you got free money. As well as the items.. so again thanks Shawn and like I said before you suck as a manager!!!!..

1 star is to good for this store, I would figure they would keep this store a lot cleaner considering that a nice Wal-Mart is across the street . the girls hanging around the front counter never acknowledged is the whole time we were shopping . my personal opinion would be clean up your store and get employees that know how to interact with your customers. There is nothing worse than walking into a store and hearing employees discussing there personal problems. Clean it up!

The store is pretty good most the time it's easy to find something unless it's tucked away in the back there's sometimes people there to help but sometimes you have to wait a minute or two before no someone even comes up to help
