I've been a patient with The Retina Group for over 13 years. And I would have to say with regards to service and professionalism, I've never been disappointed. I especially appreciated how the staff and patients were scheduled during the heightened "Covid" pandemic. Everything continued to flow smoothly and efficiently. And kuddos to Dr Vu, he is one of the Best!!

Mother had a 9:30 Appt & we’re STILL WAITING to see doctor @11:15. My mother said she always has to wait a long time to see doctor. Apparently RGW HAS a scheduling problem at the Silver Springs MD office I see other reviews where people are complaining about wait times At this office. Please fix your system. Maybe you only have 1 doctor in the office, please schedule more or adjust patients so they don’t have to wait hours. Or at least call in advance & give option to reschedule if you know they will have a loooong wait. The people that were waiting were all elderly. One lady had to call & explain she was going to be late for another appointment. I’m sure she’ll be waiting at least another hour if not more. This is my moms doctor. If it was mine & I had to always wait. It wouldn’t be any longer! Elderly people shouldn’t have to wait this long. Many take Metroacess, how are they suppose to tell them what time to pick them up if you always have people sitting around for hours. I saw at least 5/6 staff members. With this large facility & the number of staff floating around I would expect excellent service. Won’t be recommending you all to any of my friends. I gave 2 stars because Dr Katira was nice & took time to address my mothers questions & concerns. Lady who checked us in was nice enough to offer the waitin patients a drink & snack…sure she knew everyone would be waiting a long time

Clean, neat, organized, extremely kind, and extremely competent. I went for the first time last week and I am more than happy with my experience.
