I changed my initial review from 5 stars to 1. When they're rid of Dr Klussmann, they will go back up to 5 stars. These people are the nicest. They really seem to be caring and knowledgeable both. I was actually impressed by the care I received in their day surgery. Dr. Keech is the best ENT I have been to. He is excellent as a surgeon and his tableside manner is one of confidence and knowledge. I give this dept. 5 stars. Dr. Keech is the best and is nice too. Edit: their ophthalmology department is below standard. Dr. Klussmann missed something in my eye over a year ago and has caused me to suffer unnecessarily since. I'm now being treated elsewhere. I gave Dr. Klussmann another chance before I went to see a different ophthalmologist. He stood by his initial diagnosis, even though the other Dr's found what he missed, he stood by his initial findings. Initially, I found Dr. Klussmann arrogant and entitled, with a tableside manner that leaves a lot to be desired by anyone who wants to be treated as more than a substandard human. I actually think he doesn't want to see me because my insurance isn't good enough, even though this is out of line with the Franciscan values. I hope I haven't suffered any damage because of the misdiagnosis by Dr. Klussman...I will soon find out. I heartily recommend Dr's clinic, with the exception of Dr. Klussmann. He is subpar, arrogant, and can't admit when he is wrong. He will owe me more than an apology in the near future. Stay tuned.

If you actually want to be fixed and be healthy I suggest you go somewhere else they only care about taking your money not making you better my girlfriend was totally mistreated for her condition just like Jacob was on a earlier review and Corey in the victim advocate thing will act like she cares but will take up to two weeks to return phone calls after you leave multiple messages for her so don't waste your time on that if you feel the same on how the doctors clinic treats you and your condition get a lawyer like we are doing and then find a new doctor office

worst doctors office/clinic I've ever been too, these people truly don't care about you, its more like a terrible used car dealership where they will attempt to sell you on things you don't need that only benefit themselves, it will seem like they care about you, but if you tell them their wrong they just get mad at you because of their consistent incompetence
