Check-in was fast and simple. First time visiting this particular clinic. My doctor understood my concerns and treated me well, answering all my questions and provided me with realistic options for me to improve my health.

Pharmacy Staff is incompetent! They take forever to answer, when they do, they don’t have the accurate information on prescriptions. They don’t treat patients cordially, or know where to find prescriptions. Always assume you’re out of prescriptions, as well as thinking they know more about your medications than you do. I talked to a woman who DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! I ended up with two 10$ rapid medication delivery fees. I called to get her name to file a complaint and the next woman “couldn’t find who I spoke with.” She also couldn’t provide a main number to management, sayings I’d have to go through her or her co-workers first. I pay $$$$ for Kaiser and their service sucks. I was on state funded health care previously and they were 1000000000x better and easier to deal with.
