They tend to put the wrong item in your order, thigh instead of breast, and today I told them extra ice in my tea but there wasn't extra in there. I had to go back around and they gave me a cup of ice

Food was good. Only person who took our order was a young man in drive thru and the young gal saw and she went to bathroom and too long she was on their for 10 minutes. Then she went to the back and never took our order.

Went thru drive thru for my order. Got 12 pc tender meal... sides coleslaw x2 mashed potatoes gravy. Got home and they forgot potatoes. Called they did not offer an apology.. or coupon or even a dang cookie. I explained with gas prices the way they are ( i live about 10 miles away) I feel they should have offer something .All she offered was to put my name down and next time im in towb i coul pick up. i get it partial my fault should have checked bags . I drive back to get potatoes go thru drive thru they ask me to come in. I go inside thinking maybe the manager would give me an apology... NOPE WRONG I never saw manager just a kid at register.. She looked at receipt got potatoes and gravy handed them to me.... IVE WORKED IN fast food i get it. BUT COME ON KFC YOU CAN DO BETTER..

I love KFC but the last few times the food was dry and all the chicken strips were so small. The potatos had no flavor.
