Totally agree with the negative reviews about the older blonde working here. Not sure if she is just naturally miserable or hates her job but JEEZ LADY! Every single time we go here to buy or have our jewelry inspected she is just disgustingly rude. She picks & chooses which customers she wants to help, never smiles & acts as though she's too good for the job. After reading the reviews, I see this is who she is. If you can avoid this location, DO IT! Go to Tyson's! They are SOOO much more professional & welcoming. This location is in a mall that is so outdated they barely have stores 😂 So the whole attitude like she is working in the most expensive mall in America is a joke. Maybe focus on your tude instead of trying to decorate the store for the holiday. We wanted to buy a few things but we will just head to Tyson's & deal with normal people who know how important it is to treat customer with respect. Sad when an adult has a whole attitude for absolutely no reason 😂

Came here to get my wife’s jewelry inspected, the ladies in the front counter were just unpleasant to talk to and didn’t seem interested in helping us with anything. It was like a chore for them even though no one else but my wife and I were in the store. Not even a smile, they wouldn’t know what customer service was even if it hit them in the noggin. What a buzz kill of a store.

The ladies at Kay Jewelers have helped me purchase some beautiful gifts for my family members. I was I. Recently for an inspection and cleanings of my moms necklace and Stephanie and Nawal took good care of me. They even helped me make a wish list for things that I want to buy for myself.
