This is where you go to waste half a day because the clueless incompetent JTA management and dispatch cant get you a bus. The new station wont be any better because it will still be run by the same walking, breathing excrement that handles Rosa Parks Station! They wont even refund you when they don't provide the service you pay for. No different than theft.

Having JTA is wonderful. As a regular rider, I enjoy having easy transportation. My only issue is the lack of buses on the rode on Saturday evenings.
