On My birthday, we went to the crab shack.. we were one of two tables there... so they weren't busy.. ordered an app, of fried okra and a $40 broil bag. The okra came out at the same time as the broil bag. We opened the broil bag.... and when we poured it out.... we thought at first they made a mistake and gave us blue crab instead of snow crab, because the cluster was so incredibly small. I went to the counter to ask if they could maybe add another cluster on or something to equal the $40 we spent on the meal.... and the so called manager, was EXTREMELY RUDE.... interrupted me as i was speaking , mean mugged me and snatched the plate of "crab leg cluster" out of my hand and said she'd fix it...as she went in back to the kitchen and threw the plate and started banging dishes around and cursing very loudly. If she was able to "fix it"... why would she send the tiny out cluster out in the first place??????? At least make an effort and add a second tiny cluster to the plate to equal what it should've been. But she was very nasty and rude for no reason.... I never raised my voice to her or gave her attitude at all. When I explained this to the other manager, she did give us a $20 gift card... but after I told her we weren't from here. 🤷‍♀️ So , thank you , the gesture was nice and appreciated... but we won't be able to use it. We won't be back. And if I was the owner of this establishment...I'd fire and rehire a new manager. Why would you want someone so disgustingly rude representing your company??? Even if I lived in the area, I wouldn't return because of her, alone.
