This was our first & last time here. It was honestly the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen hosting children’s parties. The bounce mats were so gross & discolored. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got an infection while they were here.

Place was filthy netting had so much dust and dirt. Snack bar the dirt on that corner fan which just blows all over the food and drinks . Party area the floor was so sticky the tables felt like they hadn't been washed in months. One the employees her shorts were definitely short her butt hung out. Positive was the staff gave great customer service. I blame the condition on management and corporate.

You are charged for every bouncer. Bouncers must wear socks purchased from Shell We Bounce (take them home, wash them, and bring them back so you don't pay the sock charge again). If you aren't bouncing then you don't need to pay.
Absolutely, it's fun and easy on your pocket. Eat before you go. Food and drinks are expensive.

$15 dollars for 1 hour & $18 for 1 1/2 hours...$18 best deal & 11/2 hours is enough to wear your kids out....nice place! Crowded on Sat..& Sun...
My son is also autistic. He really wanted to try it. I never thought to ask if he could try it first. He got to the trampolines and it was too much for him. They would not refund our money. They did give us a game card with $10 on it so he could play games while my daughter bounced. Not the full amount I paid, but better than nothing.

I went for my neices birthday party. I'm 39. I was able to jump and play. They have huge dodgeball courts with basketball and a straight beam with jousting. They are very friendly and everyone was cautious and watchful for younger kids. My son was 20 months old and he was able to bounce with us. They also have pizza, snacks and drinks. They also have and arcade with a ticket prize system. To play the games you get a card you can put money on and just scan your card at the machine. Just don't plan to get any major prizes in one trip. The number of tickets to get a big prize are outrageous. But it was all very fun.

Play Space Invader game, it has thr chances to rack up great points but the return on your dollar to get prizes is better than the other games, plus it's just fun
I think they are like $8 per hour. And most the time the "hour" runs quite long. I paid for both kids for an hour once, and we were there for 3hrs before they called our bracelet color.
