I am not sure. I don't think the cab industry is very well governed. One time, I rode 5 miles to the Brunswick airport, and the fare was $8, and the return fare, using same route, different day and different time and different driver, was $17. I was not happy at all. I am not a savvy traveler; maybe I am simply ignorant. I only had twenty dollars to my name, felt like I was scammed.
