Went in store and asked to buy a headlight replacement for my truck. The gentleman that helped me named Reid got me the headlight and rang me up. The headlight is expensive like $35 I go home and pull the grill and all out which is required to change bulb only to find out Reid made a mistake and gave me the wrong bulb. I put everything back together and return to store to get the correct bulb. Mary was the person that informed me that in fact I was given the wrong bulb but they don't have any of the correct ones. I was then told without a reciept I could not get a refund only a gift card. I need the headlamp for a trip to Atlanta tonight. If I needed a reciept then Reid should have given me one before. I may have lost out on that money Advance but I promise it will cost you more in the long run. Never again.

Called ahead to ck on an item...Doc said we have it come on by ..they didn't have it...soooooo

Would not warranty a battery because I lost my receipt. Battery shows its under warranty... found a better location and had no issues.
